The financial world today depends on a lot of different fields in order to operate smoothly. The Center's goal is to publish information, in the form of conferences, workshops, papers, and through the Internet. The information that it publishes will come from its meetings and research in the realm of financial markets, in order to develop better models upon which to base risk, price, and measurements. Steve Stevanovich does support the work of this Center.
The Stevanovich Center is in a newly refurbished building that provides a meeting place for academia from the University of Chicago, as well as allowing visitors to present and debate various ideas of the marketplace. Steve Stevanovich is behind the work of the Center.
